UX/UI Designer in Ethical Wellness!

A global creative agency that is dedicated to solving complex communications challenges, building social movements, and inspiring change are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer for a contract to hire role in Los Angeles. They help organizations – from startups to corporations, foundations to federal agencies – endure shifting landscapes, inspire meaningful action, and enable cultural growth. Candidates need a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices, experience with a variety of design tools and software. In addition, they would be looking for someone who is creative and has a strong eye for detail. Many of the Products that would be worked on are in the healthcare industry based on both the patient and business side.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years experience in a user-centered design role.
• Bachelor’s degree in art, UI/UX Design or related field required, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with A/B testing
• Experience working with product, business stakeholders, and user researchers to drive strategy, vision, and execution.
• Experience in an agile/scrum environment.
• Experience with tools such as Sketch, Invision, Figma, Photoshop, ImageReady, Illustrator and Adobe.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with design in the healthcare field.
• In-depth knowledge of user research methodologies, usability principles, and best practices in UX design.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
