100% Remote Product Manager (Integrations)

Job Description Our client is looking to hire a full time Senior Product Manager with experience in web service integrations with both internal systems and external vendors. The role is 100% remote in PST and skews more towards a platform product manager who understands technical architecture.

The role will involve building new integrations, upgrading the functionality of existing integrations, expanding functionality of existing integrations, and enhancing their architecture as they scale. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in web service integrations with both internal systems and external vendors
• 5+ years of experience supporting systems with high volume traffic
• 3+ years of experience in an agile software development environment using Jira or TFS
• Experience building successful product teams and shipping successful products, including defining vision, strategy, outcome-driven product roadmaps, and creating and managing backlogs
• Experience closely collaborating with engineers, designers, and partners
• Experience in Financial Technology: payroll, payments, eCommerce, etc.
• Experience and knowledge of cloud computing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience as a software developer

What You Will Be Doing The company has ~200 integrations into various Payroll and Timeclock systems. This role skews more towards a platform product manager who understands technical architecture. The role will involve building new integrations(we have a BA to assist here), upgrading the functionality of existing integrations, expanding functionality of existing integrations, and enhancing our architecture as we scale. What this team builds could be a product in of itself for the company and is super critical to our business. Competing products look like Atomic.io, pinwheel, and plaid’s new direct deposit switch. There will be some production support in this role as these systems are super critical to the company (however we are also actively hiring a BA role here to assist) Level, senior product manager (potentially principal). There’s a path towards both BA’s reporting to this product manager in the future depending on the performance of this candidate. The Offer You will receive the following benefits:
