Backend Senior Software Engineer

Our client is looking for a strong Senior Software Engineer who is comfortable working in Virtualized environments. This role will support several engineering teams across the company as these engineers will do a lot of foundational work writing RFCs, architectural documentation, reorganization of code, helping other engineers succeed through pair programming, and log into CI/CD platforms. Several teams with our client are still very small and growing, so the culture feels more of a startup than working for a large organization.

Must have Skills

• 4-6 years in strong OOP Backend Languages in either Golang, Java, or Python (the team uses all 3)
• Ability to work in a Virtualized Environment
• AWS Cloud experience
• Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or Cloudformation
• Someone who is excited to work in a growing team within a large organization.
• Someone who is excited to always learn new technology in a collaborative group.

The role is ideally hybrid if candidates are local to Phoenix or Fort Lauderdale, but there is room for flexibility. This is a fulltime role with a base ranging from 140-160 DOE plus bonus and strong benefits.
