iOS Engineer - 100% Remote

A modern social networking application is seeking an experienced iOS Engineer in this fully remote role. This app’s focus is serving as a dating app in large cities all over the world. They are deeply passionate about being on the cutting edge of company culture and represent their userbase. This tole will collaborate closely with, the Android team, Product Managers, and the QA team to build and maintain a fast, reliable, app. Ownership, empowerment, proactivity, data-driven decisions, and user focus are highly valued here. You’ll be an important voice in our product & software architecture decisions.
Required Skills & Experience

• You have at least 4 years of experience building iOS applications, primarily in Swift
• You have experience with large iOS codebases and complex, high-performance apps
• Strong practical knowledge of software engineering best practices and design patterns such as MVVM, Coordinator, one-way data flow, and modular architecture
• You have experience with iOS app performance optimization & metrics
• You have a B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience working with Kotlin Coroutines and Coroutine Flows
• Experience working with international teams and/or speak Mandarin
• A strong problem solver and fast learner
• Passion for top quality code and using the latest best practices
• You build software with your users and their needs top of mind
• You enjoy shipping products, measuring value to users, and iterating
