We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Windows IT Specialist with CRM experience. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Windows-based systems while focusing on revenue-generating content administration. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT infrastructure, Windows environments, and CRM administration. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Windows System Administration:

    • Maintain and administer Windows-based servers and systems.
    • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
  2. Content Revenue Management:

    • Administer and troubleshoot CRM systems.
  3. Collaboration and Support:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to understand their IT needs and provide timely support.
    • Act as a point of contact for technical issues related to content revenue management.
  4. Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
    • Create user guides and training materials for content revenue management systems.


  1. Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Windows Server operating systems.
    • Experience with Active Directory, OFF365, and M365.
    • Experience with CRM tools and administration.
  2. Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR Hands-On Experience.
    • Proven 3+ years of experience in Windows system administration.
    • Demonstrated experience with ANY CRM.
  3. Communication and Collaboration:

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
