We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Windows IT Specialist with CRM experience. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Windows-based systems while focusing on revenue-generating content administration. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT infrastructure, Windows environments, and CRM administration.
Windows System Administration:
- Maintain and administer Windows-based servers and systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
Content Revenue Management:
- Administer and troubleshoot CRM systems.
Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their IT needs and provide timely support.
- Act as a point of contact for technical issues related to content revenue management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Create user guides and training materials for content revenue management systems.
- Proficiency in Windows Server operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory, OFF365, and M365.
- Experience with CRM tools and administration.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR Hands-On Experience.
- Proven 3+ years of experience in Windows system administration.
- Demonstrated experience with ANY CRM.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
