Job Description Fully Remote Principal Fullstack Engineer

As the Principal Full Stack Software Engineer, you are in charge of the design, architecture, development, and innovation of customized HR software for some of the world’s most sophisticated companies. You will use PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Vue.JS and CSS to deploy software quickly to meet their needs. Our work is fast-paced, creative, and flexible–your days will be too! You will spend time problem solving with clients live, helping them see the range of what’s possible, building what they need, and working directly with HR experts. • 7+ years technical software experience
• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, and
• Vue.js or React.js
• Proficiency with server-side languages such as PHP
• Proficiency with database technology such as MySQL and SQL Server
• Strong security background (comfortable working with PII/sensitive data)

Desired Skills & Experience

• E 4-year Engineering degree (preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems,

etc.), or higher

•  Prior experience working and communicating directly with clients
• Laravel and Node.js experience helpful
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors, bundlers, and associated
• languages/syntaxes/libraries (e.g., Sass, Less, and webpack)
• An eye for design and user experience
• Technical literacy and hands-on experience across the software stack, infrastructure, and
• DevOps
• Knowledge of Enterprise HR systems (WorkDay, SuccessFactors, Oracle, SAP)
• Proficiency with Git
• Appreciation for clean and well documented code
