One of the largest and most successful IT solutions companies in the world is looking for people to join their global team of passionate product managers, designers, and engineers! As a Sr. Principal Product Designer, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that get the job done for their customers and drive positive business outcomes. You'll use your creativity to develop UX and visual paradigms that make data-driven decisions quicker and deliver an intuitive experience across multiple personas in complex scenarios.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as design, UX, UI, graphic design, product development, digital marketing, human computer interaction, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of UX/UI product design experience.
- You should be able to take business and user problems and translate them into clear and effective solutions.
- You must possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, trends, and practices, as well as an exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma and able to work with varying levels of fidelity.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Lean UX environments is preferred.
- You should have well-rounded presentation skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and possess a good understanding of business.
- Your portfolio should showcase examples of your outstanding design work, particularly demonstrating how you brought clarity to ambiguous problems.
- Experience working on complex, B2B SaaS products.
- Experience with hands-on web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React)
- Experience working in complex team.
