Senior Backend Engineer / Education and VR

My client has built a revolutionary platform combining traditional education, VR, and the metaverse. You will be joining a small team of engineers working with Python (Golang or Java ok), Django, and AWS Serverless to continue to expand their current offerings.

You will be working on integrating the new payment platform as well as their social media network which serves to connect those in the education world. This is a full time remote position offering competitive compensation and stock options. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience
• 3+ years of professional experience with Python and Django (Golang or Java ok)
• Strong experience working with AWS Serverless
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science

• Excellent communication skills
• Prior start up experience
