Job Description
A leading retail grocery story with over 50 locations throughout the US is looking for a Server Administrator to join their growing team. They strive in providing ultimate service, superior performance, and an overall positive impact for customers.
In this role you will be responsible for hardware, software, and problem resolution support for the company’s infrastructure. The ideal candidate for this role will be skilled in Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, or VMware.
This position will be a full-time direct hire opportunity, they are located in Lubbock, TX. The position will be hybrid with onsite responsibilities two to three days per week.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating systems
- Utilizing ticketing systems to ensure issues are resolved in an efficient and timely manner
- Planning and implementing OS such as version upgrades and updates
- Experience with cloud deployment and administration with either AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Maintain records on repairs, downtime, and configuration changes
- Experience utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack, or Google Container Engine
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field
- VMware certifications are nice to have
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to mentor others in relation to job functions
- Ability to function as a team member in a collaborative environment
- Salary range around $60-80k
