As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer on the team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining large-scale Ruby on Rails applications that power their digital greeting cards and invitations platform. You will also provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices and high-quality code. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining large-scale Ruby on Rails applications.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and MVC architecture.
• Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient Ruby code.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Prior experience providing technical leadership and mentoring junior developers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
