Senior Software Engineer

A leading company that supports the U.S. finance housing system has several Senior Software Engineering positions open on their growing team. They operate primarily in the secondary mortgage market by purchasing loans, which allows lenders to supply more loans to borrowers. In this role you will work on a team whose mission is to develop and architect this company's single family housing application. 

This team is where Full Stack developers get the opportunity to learn and become experts with Cloud based technologies and DevOps tools. This client is looking for two Senior Engineers who have experience building microservices with Java and Spring Boot and have working knowledge of front end technologies like Angular, React, Vue.js, etc. You will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on creating stability and keeping capital flowing within the US housing market with your unique skillset and technical solutions. 

Required Skills

• 7+ years of development experience
• Strong knowledge of Java 8+ 
• Knowledge of at least one front end framework
• Experience with Databases (SQL, MySQL)
• Open to 3 days onsite in McLean, VA
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science

Desired Skills

• Experience with AWS
• Experience with DevOps tools
  •  Git, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Gradle
