Senior Network Engineer

A leader in smart technologies for the transportation industry is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to add to their growing team. This individual will be responsible for building, configuring, maintenance, troubleshooting and monitoring of networks running in a data center environment. Because of recent mergers and acquisitions, there is a plethora of different technologies in the current environment and they are looking for someone with experience in a multitude of different vendor technologies. They will also be helping with a firewall migration to Palo Alto. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of networking experience in diverse environments
• Experience working under MPLS and BGP routing protocols
• Experience working with load balancing technologies (Riverbed or F5)
• Experience working with network monitoring tools (preferably SolarWinds)
• Experience configuring Palo Alto firewalls
• Experience with multiple route and switch vendors like Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, Aruba, etc.
• Excellent troubleshooting ability
• Cloud networking experience

Desired Skills & Experience

• CCIE is a big plus
