Network Manager

A well-known and stable manufacturing company based out of Delaware. They are looking to hire a Network Manager to help run a few of their sites and manage a team of 4 engineers. The ideal candidate would have prior experience managing a team of Network Engineers, have strong Cisco experience, have strong critical thinking skills, and be willing to travel to other states. This is a hybrid role, however, they need a candidate that understands the urgency if something was to happen. Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in InfoSec, MIS, IT, Computer Science, or related fields. Equivalent technical experience may be substituted for educational requirement.
• 10+ Years Networking experience
• 5+ Years of Managerial experience
• Understanding of how to install, maintain, and repair network devices and software.
• Advanced knowledge of
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN/MAN
• Advanced knowledge of Load balancers
• Advance knowledge of Cisco Wireless Technology (i.e., LWAPP & Autonomous) and Prime Wireless LAN Management

• Certifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem solving, troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure Self-starter, capable of managing multiple projects, issues, tasks working in a diverse and distributed team environment
• Experience with cloud networking
• Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity concepts, planning
• CCNA, CCNP certification, CCIE or any other related certifications
