ServiceNow Business Analyst

Hybrid in Montreal, Quebec

12-Month Contract

**3 days a week onsite**

Our client is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to assist in designing, developing, and implementing IT processes. As well as conducting research and performing analysis required to build respective modules within ServiceNow Platform.

What You Will Be Doing

• Captures business requirements in a form of agile stories
• Testing configured functionalities end to end as soon as these have been developed

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of experience as Business Analyst in ServiceNow environment
• Experience on ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and SPM
• Strong communication and facilitator skills to interact with stakeholders and support them in the elicitation of requirements validation testing and providing training
• Technical knowledge on ServiceNow to interact with the development and QA team
