Finance Specialist

Our client, a leader in the financial software industry, is actively looking for a Finance Specialist to join their team in Mountain View, CA. This will be onsite Tuesday & Wednesday each week.

*This is a 3-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays!*

You will be a part of the Finance Operations team as well as the Event Management team. This group handles the finances and budgets for various high-visibility events and trips throughout the company. They are looking for someone to work with finance partners to ensure all budgets are on track, process purchase orders for all events, and assist with document management.

Responsibilities:

• Create & manage purchase orders
• Handle weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Communicate at multiple levels with diverse audiences
• Research & analyze data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of experience in business operations, finance, program management, or event management
• Experience working with Coupa
