Senior ServiceNow Engineer (100% Remote) 

A very stable AI driven and tech-focused healthcare company in Chicago is going through a major digital transformation. They are looking to hire a ServiceNow Engineer to help build out best practices. This role will be 3-month contract-to-hire. 

In this role, your main responsibilities will include design, development and maintenance of the Multiplan ServiceNow ITSM instance, including but not limited to: core setup, service catalog, workflow administration, reporting, data imports and third party software integration.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ yrs of ServiceNow experience
• Level 2 support
• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AJAX, ServiceNow API
• ITSM, change management, integration

Desired Skills & Experience

• Leadership or mentoring experience
