DevOps Coach (100% Remote)
A very stable AI driven and tech-focused healthcare company in Chicago is going through a major digital transformation. They are looking to hire a full time DevOps Coach to help build out best practices.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving DevSecOps transformation and establish standards, best practices, and continuous improvement, coach software and quality engineers and other resources on modern delivery practices
Required Skills & Experience:
- ·10+ yrs in IT related role
- CICD using Maven, PowerShell, Groovy, Jenkins
- Terraform
- Shift left capabilities
- Test driven development coaching
- Working experience with requirements
Desired Skills & Experience
- Leadership or mentoring experience
