Extremely client facing Head of Penetration Testing // fully remote

We are a fast-growing cybersecurity consulting company seeking a Head of Penetration Testing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of penetration testers to provide high-quality, comprehensive web app penetration testing services to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of penetration testers to deliver high-quality, comprehensive penetration testing services to our clients
• Develop and maintain penetration testing methodologies and tools
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and requirements
• Manage and prioritize multiple penetration testing projects simultaneously
• Work with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to promote penetration testing services and identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in penetration testing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of penetration testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks; this is not primarily a hands on role, but we're looking for someone who can step in to help their team if needed
• Experience with leading and managing a team of cybersecurity engineers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
