Senior Application Security Software Engineer // NYC hybrid

Job Description
A marketing automation platform in NYC is looking for a Senior Appsec Engineer to join the development team. Currently our cybersecurity work is done primarily by vendors, but we'd like to develop a security presence internal to our team. This person will be working as a developer on our platform while also integrating security measures into CI/CD pipelines. We're looking for someone is has had experience implementing and automating static and dynamic analysis tools with a career in software engineering.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ Professional software development experience in any major language (Golang is a huge plus)
• Professional experience with SAST or DAST tooling
• Comfort with secure development practices and the ability to communicate them with developers
