Contract Duration: 9+ Months
- 5+ yrs of BA experience, VP/SVP level.
- Experience with controls and debt securities.
- Background in MCA – controls & business trading controls.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to evaluate & summarize how they perform.
- Ability to work with and identify deficiencies, abnormalities & follow up.
- Skilled in Remediation: both with stakeholders & influence remediation.
- Experience in Regulatory Governance and/or Product Control for Financial Services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of global markets traded products including related control principles.
- Demonstrated expertise of Microsoft Office product suite and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience as Product Manager or product control.
- Experience with governance risk and controls, particularly in a trading or banking context.
- Experience with the company's control environment.
- Assist with the execution and assessment of controls designed to mitigate the risk of non-compliance with prudential regulation, including monitoring and analysis of exposure against regulatory limits (e.g., Regulation K, 12 CFR 1, and the Legal Lending Limit).
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and streamline processes, propose solutions and lead implementation of improvements.
- Perform governance of Markets Prudential and Regulatory Risk profile, including review of related issues, metrics & control performance as well as preparing executive reports for Markets senior management.
- Assist with Regulatory applicability & control mapping analysis for appropriateness and accuracy for Markets Businesses and functions.
- Liaise with stakeholders across multiple functions while establishing and maintaining solid relationships with our internal partners in the business.
- Work as part of a global team to monitor controls, provide oversight and escalate issues in a timely manner.
