Job Description
Leading HR software company is hiring! They have a platform that streamlines several human resources aspects such as payroll services, benefits administration, compliance needs and PEO management. They specialize in providing efficient and modern solutions for their clients. Our client is looking forward to adding a Mid- Level Content Designer/ UX Writer to their team for a 6–9 months contract with a strong possibility of conversion to a full-time position in the future. Ideally, this candidate will work on-site 1 day a week in NYC, but they’re flexible.
As a Content Designer/ UX Writer you will be owning cohesive product narratives across their entire product. You will be responsible for driving a unified voice across their platform, bring their brand to life and creating, structuring, and designing user- centered content to improve the user experience of their product. Contract Duration: 6 – 9 Months Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of professional experience in Copywriting and UX experience.
- Proven expertise in UX, content creation and design.
- Experience in the fintech, human resources, or payroll services industries is a huge plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects and demonstrating a user-centered design approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to write, edit, and proofread customer-facing content.
- Conduct user research and workshops to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the user experience.
- Hands on copywriting from a UI/UX perspective. Delivering well-crafted communications across multiple platforms.
- Develop and maintain Product Copy Guidelines and incorporate best practices into their Design System.
