Job Description

Hello! A fortune 100 credit card company is looking for a fully remote Senior Threat Detection Engineer to join their team! This role will be working on a team of 7 other threat detection engineers, which interfaces closely with the threat intelligence team and the SOC. 

We're looking for a senior engineer who has strong experience writing custom detection logic based on threat intelligence information. Our team culture is extremely strong right now, everyone gets along great and we're looking for someone who can contribute to that culture. 

Work life balance is also huge for us, which is one of the reasons we're hiring two extra engineers rather than running the risk of overworking the current team. Thanks for applying!

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in Cybersecurity
• Specific professional experience writing custom detection logic in any major SIEM tool. If you don't have this on your resume unfortunately we won't be calling you. 
• Comfort in AWS environments
• Comfort with the MITRE framework
