A multinational drink and brewing company is looking to bring on a Help Desk Specialist to support their NYC office. This is a contract position that will run at least through 2023 with the likelihood of extending further. 

As a Help Desk Specialist, you will join the team that is supporting the NYC-based employees. You will provide provide basic troubleshooting support and set up employee devices, including computers and phones. 

Skills & Experience:
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in IT Support
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows devices
  • Experience configuring and setting up iPhones
  • Familiar with Active Directory
  • Any experience with MacOS is a plus
