Lead Change Management Specialist // Fully remote

Our global investment company is seeking an experienced Lead Change Management Expert to lead and execute change management efforts for key technology initiatives. As a Lead Change Management Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring that our employees and stakeholders are equipped to use our technology platforms effectively, with a specific focus on O365 tooling and Salesforce implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management strategies, including communications, training, and adoption efforts.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans for key technology initiatives, with a focus on O365 and Salesforce implementation
-Lead and support cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of new technology platforms
-Collaborate with project managers and business leaders to identify change management risks and develop mitigation strategies
-Develop and execute communication and training plans to support change initiatives
-Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management efforts, providing recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:

-5+ years of experience in change management, with a strong focus on technology initiatives
-Expertise in O365 tooling and Salesforce implementation
-Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others
-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate change management risks
