Loan IQ Business Analyst / Loan Processing

$55/hr - $85/hr
Our client, a leading US financial institution, is seeking a LoanIQ Business Analyst to join their team in New York, NY. The candidate will be responsible for supporting LoanIQ, the bank's loan processing system, and will work closely with the business and IT teams to identify requirements, design solutions, and implement changes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience using LoanIQ and will be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the system.
This is a 24-month contract, hybrid onsite role that requires 3 days working in-office in Manhattan.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong experience in LoanIQ.
- Knowledge of loan processing systems, including syndicated loans and trade finance.
- Experience in documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LoanIQ.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
What You Will Be Doing:
Tech Breakdown: 100% LoanIQ Business Analysis
Daily Responsibilities:
- 50% gathering and documenting business requirements
- 20% designing and implementing solutions
- 10% performing system testing and validation
- 10% resolving LoanIQ issues and providing training to end-users
- 10% maintaining and updating LoanIQ documentation
