Senior SDET - Finance - NYC

Job Description This organization responsible for protecting investors using the Stock Market so they can invest in the market with confidence and to ensure market integrity at all levels, is looking to swiftly bring on a Senior SDET to join their team. In this role you will use Java, JavaScript, Selenium, and SQL. You will be responsible for developing and implementing automated testing solutions, designing, and developing test plans, and ensuring the quality of all software. You will work alongside multiple development teams to make sure all applications are operating at a high level and to maintain quality.


This is a 1 year long contract to hire (C2H) position operating fully remote. Ideally, you will be needed to go into the office 2-3 times a year for all hands-on deck type events but other than that can enjoy the improved work life balance of a fully remote schedule. This is a great opportunity to work for an established non-profit doing very interesting and unique work in the financial sector. Due to this being a federal organization, all employees must be able to pass a drug test, including marijuana regardless of legality in your state.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of Automation experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Ability to code in Java from scratch
• Experience with testing frameworks like Selenium
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to mentor junior SDET’s
