Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences for our video streaming products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to design and deliver user-centered designs that meet business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute user experience design strategies, including personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes, to create exceptional user experiences
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to develop design concepts and solutions that meet business goals and user needs
• Design and deliver high-quality user interface designs that effectively communicate user interaction and design specifications
• Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, and share best practices with the team

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally working on video streaming products
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or Principle
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analysis
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or a related field
