A New York-based managed services provider with clients in the financial realm is looking for a Senior Support Engineer to join their team on a full-time basis. This will be an onsite role in Manhattan. 

As a Sr. Support Engineer, you will work directly with one of their best, largest longtime clients. You will be providing escalated support in a Windows-based environment. Previous experience working in a financial institution or at an MSP with financial clients is required. 


Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of Technical Support experience
  • 2+ years of experience providing client-facing support
  • Active Directory and O365 administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Bonus Skills & Experience:
  • Understanding of market data (Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, Factset, etc.)
  • Understanding of industry standard desktop imaging and packaging (Dell Kace1000 and 2000)
  • Working knowledge of networking routers, firewalls, switches
