Head of Global Client Penetration Testing / Remote

A global cybersecurity consulting company is hiring a Head of Penetration Testing to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for leading a global team of penetration testers to provide comprehensive manual penetration testing services to our clients.

Qualified candidates with possess the unique combination of the hands-on engineering background in penetration testing couples with an extensive business acumen, ability to run P&L, pricing and more.

This is a direct hire, fully remote position. 

Required Skills & Experience

• Expert-level penetration testing experience as an individual contributor and leader
• Prior experience managing engineers
• Ability to run a business unit, including budget, P&L, pricing etc.
• Excellent communication and client-facing ability

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience managing a global team
• OSCP certification

• 100% Penetration testing

Daily Responsibilities

• 90% strategy and leadership
• 10% hands-on
