Job Description A NYC based HealthTech company is searching for an experienced Help Desk Manager to join their team. Ideal candidate will have experience managing, growing, and developing a successful team. You will work hands on with the help desk team acting as someone who supports their team when issues arise. You will also assist in developing and maintaining team OKRs and achieving a high NPS rating. This is a full-time role and 5Xs a week onsite in Midtown Manhattan. Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in IT leadership role
  • Experience in supporting both Microsoft and Apple
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Experience in Active Directory/ Azure AD
