Senior/Lead UI/UX Designer

Job Description B2B2C leading customer communication company is hiring! Their goal is to help their clients connect with the customers in real-time. They have a cool multi-channel software that enables companies to provide assistance to their costumers. Their team is growing, and they are looking forward to adding a Senior/Lead UI/UX Designer to their team for a full-time, 100% remote role.

As a Senior/Lead UI/UX Designer, you will be working on their design foundation, building their design system from the ground up and improve/enhance their library. You're going to be the sole designer, owning the entire project. You will be the sole designer but they're planning on building out a team after 6+ months. Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of UI/UX experience.
• Experience being the sole designer is a plus.
• Internal tools experience.
• Enterprise consumer facing experience.
• Design systems experience.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Zero to one (MVP) experience is a plus.
• B2B2C experience is a plus.
• Operations experience is a plus.
