Job Description - Senior Product Manager

They are currently looking forward to hiring a Senior Product Manager to join their team.
As a Senior Product you'll be at the forefront of innovation in the promotional products industry. This role reports directly to the Director of Product Management and offers you the opportunity to collaborate with a cross-functional team of technologists, designers, and stakeholders. You'll have a hand in managing your roadmap and backlog to solve our customers' problems and create user-friendly, profitable products. From concept and visioning to development and ongoing updates, you'll oversee the entire product process and play a pivotal role in driving our success.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline required.
- 5+ years of experience in product management roles for SaaS products.
- Natural leadership skills and a knack for inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both with stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Strong interpersonal skills for smooth collaboration across various departments.
- Prior experience in product processes, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Analytical abilities to drive product strategies with data-driven insights.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable creating your own path and working autonomously.
- Promotional product industry experience is a plus.
