Site Reliability Engineer // NYC Startup

Our client is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to come join their growing startup. You will be responsible for designing and implementing their cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies, continuously improving monitoring tools and processes through data-driven analysis and the implementation of best practices and ensuring their product’s and service’s availability, performance, security, and scalability.

Requirements and Experience:

• Experience working in various cloud environments, primarily AWS
• Startup experience is preferred
• Minimum 4 years of site reliability engineering experience required
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in groups and one-on-one interactions.
