Desired Qualifications
? 3 plus years’ experience in providing IT Support within a sophisticated Trading Floor environments, where high levels of service and technical expertise were required
? Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and legacy operating systems
? Working knowledge of networking routers, firewalls, switches such as Cisco, Citrix, VPN, and Pulse, Palo Alto, as well as spyware/malware removal tools and techniques
? 5 days onsite
