A SaaS company that works in the retail space is looking for Technology Support Manager to specialize in application support and root cause analysis. The position is in office three days a week on Long Island. This person will manage a team of 8-12 engineers. 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant position
  • Strong application support and root-cause analysis background
  • Strong management experience
  • Ability to be onsite in Long Island, NY
Desired Skills & Experience
  • BA/BS Degree
  • SaaS and retail experience
