A SaaS company that works in the retail space is looking for Technology Support Manager to specialize in application support and root cause analysis. The position is in office three days a week on Long Island. This person will manage a team of 8-12 engineers.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in relevant position
- Strong application support and root-cause analysis background
- Strong management experience
- Ability to be onsite in Long Island, NY
- BA/BS Degree
- SaaS and retail experience
