We are looking for a talented PHP Web Developer who shares our passion for social impact and innovation. As a PHP Web Developer at our organization, you will be a key contributor to the development and maintenance of our online platforms that facilitate mentorship interactions between low-income families and their mentors. Your expertise in PHP, Symfony, and Drupal will be instrumental in creating seamless user experiences and robust functionalities. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional team to translate technical requirements into practical solutions, ensuring that our digital platforms remain user-friendly and efficient. While experience with AWS cloud environment, Node.js, and MySQL database is a plus, a strong foundation in PHP-based development and an eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies will be equally valuable in this role. Your contributions will directly contribute to our mission of making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with PHP development.
• Proficiency in Drupal 9 CMS, including module development and theming.
• Strong experience with PHP frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) and cloud deployment best practices.
• Working knowledge of Node.js or Java for front-end and back-end development.
• Proficiency in MySQL and database design principles. Experience with SQL is a plus.
