Their primary expertise is in application development, data visualization, Information Technology (IT), Heavy Financial and Information Systems, and Their clients include large financial firms, utilities, and Federal customers. They utilize a balanced team of experienced developers, architects, designers, and project managers to provide exceptional value to our clients.
They are looking for a Mid-Sr level Appian Developer with strong Java or Python Experience to develop cloud-based integration tools and pipelines for large-scale and highly regulated financial applications.
This is a long-term CTH position that’s a Hybrid 3 days a week in one of their offices located in Newport Beach CA, Austin TX or NYC

Skills and Responsibilities
- Component development
- Design integration requirements with other third-party platforms
- Defining architectural & development standards for the project in adherence to best practices.
- Complete all configuration, continuous code integration, development and unit testing.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather other requirements.
- Translate the functional requirement to the Appian business flows with the help of Process Models, UI/UX Design Documents, Web service Integration.
- Involved in gathering the requirements, designing and mapping the same to the Business processes.
- Understand fundamental web development concepts like navigation and pages.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science
- 5-7 years experience IT application architecture experience
- At least 2 years experience in Appian
- Strong technical development skills with either Java or Python
- Appian Application Architecture understanding
- Constructs conceptual application architecture including records, reports, and news feeds.
- Designs conceptual workflows and process flows
- Defines application user roles and responsibilities
- Expertise with Appian Tool - Appian Application and Appian Interface design
- Experienced in design patterns and transaction management, with a focus on Appian patterns and Appian integrations
- Ideally wealth management financial experience
