EdTech Product Manager/Business Analyst in Newton MA

Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in driving the product strategy for our nationwide K-12 after school math curriculum. With over 50,000 students and a track record of success since 1997, our curriculum has been featured in major media outlets such as TED Talks, The Boston Globe, NPR, and The Atlantic.
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with our technical and business teams to drive product strategy and ensure the success of our curriculum. Your experience in driving product strategy, working with cross-functional teams, and documentation will be crucial to your success in this role. Required Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Business Analyst for a technical product
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience driving product strategy and working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent documentation and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with product road mapping, releases, and documentation. 
• Experience with agile/Scrum 

What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities

• Work closely with technical and business teams to drive product strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of product strategy
• Ensure the documentation of product requirements and specifications
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and strategy
