MUST BE LOCAL to LOS ANGELES (Hybrid 3-Days) We are in urgent need of finding a candidate with matching skills for a CRM Database Administrator position for our Non-Profit client. 

They were the first established museum in L.A., opening their doors 108 years ago and poised for an exciting new era as it plans for the future. 

You would be reporting fulltime, 3-days a week in person, to the Digital Product Manager. The CRM Database Administrator will manage and oversee the CRM Database; create and maintain the data dictionary, administer data security and set database security levels, ensure the database is functioning at optimal levels; head all database updates, change and/or modify, develop, and write detailed data dissemination policies and standards to ensure databases remain consistent across departments at the Museum.

There are two major projects that require your attention - validating the data imported from the Millennium Database to Microsoft Dynamics, and pulling a list of member information from the Millennium Database to import into Microsoft Dynamics. 

If you have already worked with these tools it would be fantastic! But if not, they will provide training/resources to develop skills in the following: Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Millennium Database, Mailchimp, and the PowerMailchimp App. 

During the interview process we will asses if you have the following experience:
  • Designing and administering database queries and data exports to analyze giving trends and outcomes.
  • Create reports by using historical data analysis to make strategic recommendations for the organization.
  • Can collaborated with the Chief Operating Officer on a database cleanup project to improve the consistency and integrity of the company's database.
  • Performed data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Can work with raw, unorganized, and old data
  • SQL Expert, and knowledge of Relational Databases & Database Design
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience as a Database Administrator
  • MS SQL / mySQL
  • SSIS/SSRS
  • Ability to plan and take initiatives to accomplish objectives in a timely manner; ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Cloud CRM Solutions such as: Dynamics365, Talisman CRM, Oracle CX, Salesforce. Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
