Staff UX/UI Product Designer

A company driven by the mission to democratize access to personalized superintelligence is seeking an experienced and passionate Staff UI/UX designer to craft visually stunning and user-centric experiences for its consumer-facing software applications. Collaborating closely with development teams, you'll develop high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes for both web and mobile platforms. • 7+ years of experience crafting user interfaces and experiences, with at least 4 years in consumer-facing software applications.
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality work, including wireframes, prototypes, and other digital designs.
• A proven track record of developing simple yet elegant solutions to complex problems.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other wireframing and prototyping tools.

Desired Skills & Experience

• A knack for creating visually appealing designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to articulate design concepts and processes to team members and stakeholders and effectively incorporate feedback.
• Experience in conducting user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
