A company on the Pennsylvania’s Main Line is seeking a talented and motivated Systems Engineer to join the team of about 10-15 others. As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex Windows/Microsoft computer systems to support the organization's day to day operations.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems infrastructure. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
This is a Lead role so other duties will include, participating in technical interviews, helping with monthly meetings/goals, training new Engineers, evaluating new technology and more. Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Systems Engineer or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in system administration with Windows operating systems (2019 and up).
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware.
- Public Cloud ideally Azure.
- Solid understanding of storage technologies, backup solutions, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) are a plus.
