As a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect with TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) expertise to join our organization, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our company's technology strategy and architecture. You will collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders, and IT teams to design and optimize our enterprise systems and applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

· Define and communicate the long-term technology vision and roadmap.
·Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and achieve competitive advantages.
·Collaborate with key stakeholders to align business goals with technology initiatives, using TOGAF artifacts and frameworks
·Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, principles, standards, and guidelines.
·Analyze current systems and identify areas for improvement, consolidation, or integration through portfolio rationalization.
·Create target architectures and transition plans using TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) to address technology gaps and support future business needs.
·Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, reliability, and security across all systems.
·Engage with business leaders, department heads, and project teams to understand their needs and translate them into architectural requirements using artifacts.
·Provide guidance and support to development teams during solution design and implementation, adhering to TOGAF principles.
·Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding and successful collaboration.
·Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to enterprise architecture and TOGAF.
·Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks following TOGAF guidelines that align with business objectives.
·Conduct proofs of concept and pilot projects to assess feasibility and potential benefits, employing TOGAF methods for evaluation.
·Establish and maintain architecture governance processes and frameworks including documentation, diagrams, roadmaps and requirements.
·Conduct regular reviews of projects and systems to ensure compliance with TOGAF architectural standards and guidelines.
·Provide guidance on security, privacy, data management, and regulatory compliance issues for large scale programs and initiatives simultaneously.
