This enterprise analytics firm is building a SaaS product that focuses on mitigating risk and driving business insights. They have amazing document management solutions for law firms and academic institutions. They are a few thousand employees and are profitable and scaling! This venture is a super exciting one – they are spending $50mil to migrate their systems from on-prem to Azure. It’s become the ideal solution for them and they are committing to it. They are hiring a bunch of new engineers, including many Site Reliability Engineers to help them with this transition.
They want individuals who are skilled with Azure, who have experience with Terraform or cloud formation (or any IaC tool), and any containerization is a plus as they will be using Kubernetes within the new setup. Everyone will be hired on a contract to hire (will be 6-12 months) as that’s how they’ve hired everyone (we’ve placed over 25 people with them and have a 95% conversion rate, so it’s truly a contract to hire). Contract Duration: 6 – 12 Months Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ Years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps
- Monitoring and Networking
- Automation tools
- System background preferred
- Strong Azure experience, but AWS is ok
- Must have IaC experience, Terraform being preferred
- Scripting in at least one language
- Go, python, bash, etc
- Prior experience on at least 1 on-prem to cloud migration
- Container imaging & security
- Linux background
- Able to go onsite 1x/week in Philadelphia
