DLP Engineer - Contract to Hire

A mid-size healthcare provider is searching for a seasoned cyber security engineer with expertise in data security, particularly DLP. The role involves deploying solutions for data protection, formulating data loss policies, and optimizing existing solutions. Experience with DLP tools such as SkyHigh and Trellix, as well as CASB tools, is a must have for applicants.
In this role, you will be influencing the security posture of an organization dedicated to supporting healthcare and improving health outcomes for thousands. Although you would be DLP focused, you will be on a broader cyber security team that focuses on vulnerability management, risk analysis and EDR with CrowdStrike. The opportunity is a contract-to-hire arrangement, with the flexibility of full remote work within the United States.
The contract duration is set at 12 months. Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or relate field
- 5 years of combined professional experience in IT security
- SkyHigh and/or Trellix DLP/data protection tool expertise
- Relevant certs (CISSP, CISM, SSCP, CCSP)
- Exceptional communication skills
- 90% data protection
