Linux System Administrator

A technology company growing and looking to hire a Linux System Administrator to join their team. They are looking for someone who has expertise with Linux RedHat and RedHat Satellite expertise. You will responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting Linux OS and Linux servers. You will also be installing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software used for designing products. You will be working heavily with virtual servers within VMware and some Cloud servers within AWS.

This role is a mix of day to day administration as well as project based work. Projects include, server upgrades and migrations, cloud implementations, and server backups. You be working alongside Senior Engineers on other projects as well.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ Years Linux Server Administration
• Strong RedHat Server and RHEL Satellite Expertise
• Strong Linux OS Experience
• Experience with Linux hardware and software 
• Expertise with Virtualization, VMware
• Working Knowledge of AWS Cloud

Desired Skills & Experience

• Windows or Microsoft Experience
• Engineering Exposure
• Data Pipeline Knowledge
