A leading asset management firm is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Financial Advisor Marketing Team, a new product experimentation group focused on providing integrated and accessible solution to the internal sales team. This role require 3 days in the office, either in Philadelphia, PA, or in Malvern, PA. This is a 6 month contract-to-hire position.

The new Senior Product Designer will be responsible for using lean qualitative research methods and rapid prototyping to design their data-rich dashboard that will be incorporated into a customer relationship management (CRM) application. This role will be working with a Product Owner, UX Researcher, Data Analysts, and Data Engineers. The ideal candidate will have data visualization expertise and prior experience working with a data-focused product.

Contract Duration: 6+ months with high likelihood of conversion. Required Skills & Experience
  • Undergraduate degree, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience designing data-rich visualization and/or dashboards
  • Interactive web design experience
  • Advanced knowledge of user-centered design principals, user behavior, and interactions
  • Excellent communication skills (storytelling, visualization) and the ability to get buy-in for those ideas within a large organization
  • Advanced experience in leveraging data to inform design
  • Knowledge of qualitative user research methods including usability testing, in-depth user interviews, stakeholder interviews, etc.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience designing for Business Intelligence (Tableau, Power BI) applications
  • Experience with lean UX research methods
  • Experience in Fintech or Sales a plus
