A leading provider of risk management solutions is looking for a Senior User Experience Researcher to work on their healthcare product. The healthcare product provides identity & risk management solutions by investigating suspicious insurance claims, verifying provider & claimant identities, as well as providing comprehensive fraud detection & investigative resources.

The Senior UX Researcher will own and execute research on internal and external end-user behaviors, needs, and motivations. The ideal candidate should have enterprise-level UX Research skills & experience, coming from healthcare or a related data-heavy market 9insurance, banking, etc.). This role will collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Sales, and Engineers to develop testing strategies, evaluate data, and propose strategies for a data-focused market solutions.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of UX Research experience, ideally in an enterprise environment, coming from healthcare, banking, finance, insurance, or a similarly data-heavy industry
  • Experience working on data-driven products in highly regulated markets
  • Excellent qualitative and quantitative research skills and experience
  • Ability to lead remote workshops independently
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into finds, insights, and deliverables
