Have you worked on an enterprise design system at a previous posiution? Are you passionate about creating UX processes within a practice? A growing team for the personal advising products in this enterprise financial organization is hiring a Senior User Experience Designer for a 6 months contract-to-hire. The office is located in Philadelphia, PA and preference will be given to local candidates who are interested in converting from remote to hybrid in the spring.

Ideally, you have worked in a larger, AGILE team and enjoy collaborating with front end developers, product managers and UX researchers. You will also evolve the design system for the long run, working with a strategist to help think about scaling this system for future builds. Contractor benefits included, conversion very likely at the 6 months mark, but extension is also an option. 

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of professional UX experience
  • Built a design system from scratch in the past
  • Strong portfolio showing current, relevant work
  • Case studies showcasing your role in past projects
  • Experience documenting interaction patterns
  • Design re-usable components using Figma
  • Prior experience working with UX Designers, UX Strategists, UX researchers and content strategist
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Any background in customer-facing products
  • Prior enterprise experience, ideally within financial services
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident presenter, communicator
  • Degree in Experience Design, HCI, other related fields
  • Local to office
  • Vaccinated
The Offer
  • Competitive Pay: Up to $75/hr.
