Agile Coach/Financial Services/Onsite

A global asset management firm in Philadelphia is hiring a Senior Agile Coach to help them through an-organizational Agile Transformation. You will be joining the Digital Transformation and Data team, focused on bringing more Agile practices across multiple Scrum teams. This is a role where you will not only be the Agile expert, but also helping teams assess their needs and then actually building the tools they require with them. 

The team you will work with consists of 10 Scrum teams, made of 8-10 team members each. These teams might have some Agile processes and need improvement or no agile practices at all. You will use tools such as JIRA and others in the Atlassian Suite for execution, while remaining an excellent communicator and facilitator. This is a position where you will lead, coach, educate and execute. Ideal candidates come from financial services backgrounds and will be in the office in Philadelphia 3 days a week. Occasional travel to NYC might be expected, depending on projects. 

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of professional Agile experience
• Excellent communication, collaboration and facilitation skills
• Able to mentor and educate technical and business team members
• Advanced experience with the Atlassian Suite, JIRA and Mural
• Flexibility in handling situations, conflicting or changing priorities and finding creative solutions
• Able to assess detailed technical issues
• Comfortable managing stakeholders at multiple levels of leadership
• Passion for Agile practices and continuous improvement
• Proven success in enterprise Agile transformations
• Local to Philadelphia, PA for onsite 3 days a week
• Financial Services industry experience
