Application Support Analyst - hybrid in Philly

A local Philadelphia Fintech company has been booming over the last few years. They've doubled their headcount since 2021 and have been expanding their engineering teams at a rapid pace to increase support on their growing business. 

They're looking for an Application Support Analyst to support their .NET applications, assist Enterprise level clients with troubleshooting, and ensure timely ticket resolution to keep production running smoothly. Candidates should be expert level in data extraction, query writing, and lookups in SQL as well as have experience with tracking tools such as Jira. This is a full-time position, hybrid in Philadelphia. 
Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of professional experience in an Application support environment
• Expert SQL skills
• Troubleshooting abilities
• Strong problem solving abilities
• Strong communication across engineering teams
• Root Cause Analysis
• prior experience working in a Windows/.NET environment

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar
• Experience with Payment Processing applications
